For those that like the sea there are a variety of different beaches. Not only is there the famous Velvet Beach of Senigallia with it's facilities and evening attractions there are also the wild and natural beaches: "Siaggia di Numana", Mezza Valle, Portonovo Spiaggia, and the beach at the feet of the Conero mountain where there is a vast regional park that are all about 50km away from the Villa.

    

 

Visits must not be missed to the near medieval villages like Ostra, Corinaldo e Ostra Vetere, that are rich in history and traditions, still today surrounded by the medieval walls that were once used to defend it's people from enemies. These towns have managed to keep their medieval atmosphere even celebrating old traditions at the various 'festa' like the 'festa della Polenta' at Corinaldo and the ' festa degli Sprevengoli' at Ostra etc…

Going more inland about 45km there are the famous caves: 'Grotte di Frasassi' surrounded by the beautiful Marche scenery. Whereas, at 60km distance there is the eminent city of art: Urbino, birth place of Raffaello, famous Italian artist, born in the period of the Italian Renaissance.
