Prices include:
tax, electricity, hot water, heating, air conditioning, use of the washing machine, outdoor swimming pool, bar-be-cue, and private car park, bedding and towels (changed weekly), and breakfast.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, saucepans, tablecloths and napkins, coffeepot, mugs and cups.

Prices don’t include:
- Tourist tax of. € 1.00 a day per person
- Final cleaning mandatory: € 35.00 apartment Yellow, € 20,00 apartments Purple, Green, Orange, Terrace
- A mid-week change of bedding optional: € 15.00

Prices are for each apartment with 2 – 4 guests.
Sleeping places can be added to each apartment for an extra € 20.00 a night, per person. Children up to six years old can stay for free.
An extra charge will be applied for any damage or loss for the remote controls of the gate and television and the room keys.
Small domestic animals are allowed prior to notice for an extra charge of €50
The swimming pool is exclusively for the guests private use. Rules for use of the pool are provided and must be followed.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.

Times:
- Check in: From 15.00 to 19.00
- Check out: By 10.00am (Everything must be left clean and free from any litter)

Payment:
At the time of reservation a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay is required and then the rest of the balance is to be paid on arrival, plus € 200.00. as a security payment which will be refunded after inspection of the apartment.
Payment can be made by Cash,Bank transfer or Credit Cards.
In the event of cancellation the initial deposit will not be refunded.
